Enjoy great holiday shopping this season at Winterfair! More than 20 artists and community groups will have works of art for sale, including pottery, jewelry, clothing, and fine art! The Yellowstone Art Museum’s Winterfair hosted in the museum on Friday, December 5th, from 5 – 9 p.m. which coincides with the Billings ArtWalk. Jam at the YAM will be taking place that night as well with live music from 5 – 8 p.m. featuring Wes Urbaniak.
NOVA Center for the Performing Arts presents Mauritius, a thriller about stamp collecting, running November 7, 8, 14, 15, 16*, 20, 21 & 22. *2pm Sunday matinée. The criminal underworld of stamp collectors exposed—who even knew that existed? Theresa Rebeck’s play, Mauritius, pits two estranged half-sisters against each other when they discover their mother has left them rare stamps that have philatelists the world over (including three who figure prominently in this comedy) all grabbing and snatching for ownership.
