Outlaws Owner, Steve Titus, is happy with his team after the huge win against the Rapid City Marshals on Monday night. “Amazing game and amazing win. Coach Locklin is definitely putting together the right pieces to win a championship this year, There is always room for improvement but the recent wins are impressive and we celebrate them,” Titus said.
