The BPD continues to gather information about possible suspects in the recent street explosives that are being placed on Billings streets in what seems to be random placement.

The explosive devices are reportedly crude, homemade explosives that blow up upon impact from a moving vehicle.

Local drivers report the sound is so loud it causes instant panic and fear.
