An 18-year-old Billings teen male was stabbed in near the alley of 3rd Ave South and South 29th Street just after midnight Sunday.
BPD Sgt. Mansur said the teen was stabbed during an altercation with another male.
The suspect has not been identified at this time. The victim was transported to an area hospital with severe but non-life threatening injuries.
