Businesses have to constantly live on the edge and adapt, and that means Costco members in Billings will be shopping at a new location in the future.

The Board of Adjustment voted to approve the site plan to relocate the store from King Avenue to Shiloh Road near the Zoo Drive exit.

Costco had to resubmit plans for the facility after making changes providing more parking.

Costco shoppers will have more parking at the new location because parking lots will be on both sides of the building, not just in front.

The new building plan is for 852 parking places. The current store on King Avenue has 591. The new facility is slated for nine fuel filling stations which should help to keep the lines shorter.
