Billings police report a robbery at knifepoint in the 2600 block of 6th Avenue North Friday night.
“The victim had his bicycle stolen at knife-point. Suspect arrested in the area with the bike. Suspect ID’d to be Trae Elkboy,” said Sgt. Schnelbach.
Elkboy was arrested and charged and put into YCDF on charges of robbery and warrants.
