Break out the grill and go for it even if it is a little bit drizzly this Labor Day. It’s all about being together rain or shine.

It’s going to be a cloudy, cool and wet Labor Day but it will still be quite warm with scattered showers and thunderstorms.

Monday on Labor Day look for rain and thunderstorms and the rain could be heavy in some areas of Billings and Yellowstone County, according to the NWS.

Look for the high in Billings to be in the mid 90’s Sunday with a cool down on Monday with a high in the upper 60’s. Sunday night, thunderstorms, wind and rain develops west of Billings and will hang on through Labor Day.

Don’t let the showers dampen your family and friend fun. Labor Day celebrates the many contributions and achievements of American workers showing the world what true work ethic means. It’s also a rare chance in our busy lives to spend some time relaxing, grilling (even if indoors) and being together.
