The IRS begins accepting electronic tax return transmissions and processing refunds on January 23rd. If you complete your filing prior to this and elect to e-file it, it will be queued and transmitted on January the 23rd.

  • You can easily find important information from your most recently filed tax return, including your adjusted gross income, and access transcripts, find information about your Economic Impact Payments, find Child Tax When Free File Fillable Forms closes after October 20, 2023, your account is deleted from the server. You will not be able to access your account to e-File, print or review your return information. 
    Your return has not been filed until you receive an email saying your return was accepted by the IRS. If you receive an email saying your return was rejected, you must correct any errors and resubmit your return before October 20, 2023.
