After five amazing decades of incredible culinary perfection and great food, local downtown Billings restaurant Juliano’s will serve their last meal December 23rd, 2023.
Constructed in 1902 to function as a stable house to the castle next door, the restaurant that has been known for the last 29 years as Juliano’s started with humble beginnings. Transformed into a beautiful Victorian home by Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Murray in 1930, the property was home to several prominent Billings families over the years.
Purchased by Chef Carl Kurokawa, Dave McCurdy and Tim Keating in 1995, Juliano’s became an award-winning location both locally and nationally.
Hawaiian-born, European trained Chef Carl Kurokawa will be retiring after nearly 5 decades and hundreds of awards in the restaurant industry and he will be greatly missed. Happy retirement, Chef! Well-deserved.
