Four people have been charged in the shooting death of Parker Koehn. He was shot to death on January 16, 2022. Investigators took a thorough look into the case before charging two juveniles and two adults, according to BPD Lt. Lennick. The charges are as follows:

A.G., a 16-year-old local male charged with:

  • 1 count of Negligent Homicide (felony)
  • 1 count of Tampering with or Fabricating evidence (felony) 1 count of theft (misdemeanor)
  • 1 count of riot (misdemeanor)
  • 1 count of obstructing a peace Officer (misdemeanor)

E.G., a 16-year-old local female charged with:

  • 1 count of obstruction of justice (felony)
  • 1 count of solicitation for tampering with evidence (felony) 1 count of tampering with physical evidence (felony)
  • 2 counts of tampering with a witness (felony)
  • 1 count of theft (misdemeanor)
  • 1 count of riot (misdemeanor)
  • 1 count of obstructing a peace Officer (misdemeanor)

Jesse Myers, an 18-year-old local male, charged with:

  • 1 count of obstruction of justice (felony)
  • 1 count of riot (misdemeanor)
  • 1 count of obstructing a peace Officer (misdemeanor)

Juel Graham, a 36-year-old local female, was charged with 1 count of accountability for obstruction of justice.
