Jeff Luc simply dominates every play.

The Billings Outlaws ignited an already on fire, talented defensive line with the signing of former NFL player Jeff Luc in 2023.

Luc played college football at Cincinnati before playing in the NFL from 2015 to 2017 for the New York Jets, Miami Dolphins and Cincinatti Bengals.  

Luc also played in the CFL for the Calgary Stampeders and Toronto Argonauts.
He most recently played in Atlanta in 2019 for the Atlanta Legends of the Alliance of American Football. 

When you get a rare, once-in-a lifetime chance to sit down and talk with him as I did, you’ll know what true greatness really is. Luc is never about himself. He makes it his personal mission to make his team and teammates know he’s there for them no matter what it takes. Loyalty is always a win.

Luc is the most genuine, compassionate, caring, intelligent and interesting person you’ll ever meet. He’s also one of the most feared, hard-hitting, talented and resilient football players to ever play the game. One hit or tackle from him could literally be lethal.
