Exchanges, Refunds, and Donations

As a community-supported symphony, the BSOC needs your support now more than ever. We ask that you consider donating your ticket back to the BSOC for a tax credit. You can also exchange your ticket for another performance during the 2020-2021 season, exchange your ticket for house credit to use at a later date, or request a refund to your original form of payment. Exchanges and refund requests must be made in writing or sent by email no later than fourteen days after the canceled scheduled performance and may take up to 90 days after said event to process. No refunds will be given on transaction fees.

We here at the BSOC want to thank all of our patrons and supporters during this unprecedented time. In an on-going effort to Enrich Lives through Music, we will be regularly posting music education and other content to our social media platforms to help those with school-aged children at home. Like and follow our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages to keep up to date.

What can you do to help?

Consider a donation in lieu of a voucher or refund. We are also deeply grateful to donors’ continued contributions even without a spring production.
