BIRD, or Billings Industrial Revitalization District, is an organization contracted by the city of Billings to manage the East Billings Urban Renewal District.  They will be bringing a rich history of agriculture and ranching back to Billings by hosting The BIRD Cattle Drive on October 14 at 9am.  This is a free event which will offer food trucks and live music as well as opportunities to get up close and personal with the animals in the animal viewing area. Volunteers are still needed to help orchestrate this event.  This organization is also fundraising to create a dog park located within North Park.  On October 19^th there will be a mayor’s luncheon to help with the fundraising efforts.
