Paddles and Wheels at Billings Depot is a summer pop-up shop where you can rent bicycles, ebikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and all supporting safety gear in Downtown Billings. The depot will make outdoor recreation more accessible for locals and tourists. Powered by Scheels, the pop-up will open memorial day to labor day and will offer half-day and full-day rentals.
