Bill and Kandi talk the annual fundraiser, Truck Raffle. Town Pump, a major sponsor, sells tickets as do other businesses state-wide. Tickets are $5, with $3 staying in Yellowstone County and $2 going to the state. This fundraising helps with the sports, transportation, and lodging. Kandi tells Heather she loves the Special Olympics. She loves the competition, being with her friends, and trying something new each year. Bill has been involved with Special Olympics since 2000, and Kandi for 15+ years.
