The GoUnite organization hosts the Flavor Fiesta event at Craft local in downtown Billings for several nights in May. It will be a night filled with delicious authentic Mexican food for everyone to enjoy!
Flavor Fiesta will have a three-course meal with Elotes, which are flavorful Mexican street corn provided by Its Roasted. There will also be Quesa Birria tacos and a special dessert courtesy of Luscious Layers. There will also be trivia questions from Magic City Productions throughout the night.
While tickets for the May 9 event have sold out, there are still available tickets for the event on May 16 and 22. Non-alcoholic tickets are available for purchase as well. Guests can buy individual tickets online or sign up for an all-inclusive GoUnite membership.
GoUnite works with local small businesses in the community to create fun experiences for others. Guests can reconnect with friends or create new ones while showcasing a local business in the Billings area. GoUnite also provides childcare for these events at the Wise Wonders Children’s Museum.
The marketing coordinator for GoUnite, Kristen Hoyer, says there are typically between forty to fifty people for each event which offers plenty of opportunities to mingle with others. More than 120 people come out to these fun events each month. If events do sell out, Hoyer also says they try to make extra room to accommodate a few additional people wishing to join.
Next month, there will be a coffee event called “Espresso Yourself” at le macaron in downtown Billings. Guests can choose from five different coffee drinks and pick from various macarons, and other delicious French pastries. They will also create coffee-inspired art pieces with an expert from Bitterroot Sip & Paint.
