The Maze at Grandpa’s Farm in Billings has all kinds of fall fun, like hay rides, pumpkin picking, and even axe throwing! The design theme for this year’s corn maze is 150 years of Yellowstone National Park, paying tribute to the park’s 150th anniversary. Corn maze hauntings happen Friday and Saturday nights in October. The maze at Grandpa’s Farm is open from 6 pm to 9 pm on Wednesday and 10 am to 10 pm Friday and Saturday.
The Montana Corn Maze in Manhattan is another great corn maze to explore. The history behind this corn maze goes back to the late 1890s. With over 5 acres of maze, it is a great way to spend an afternoon. Pets are now allowed, and an adult must accompany anyone ages 14 and under. Reservations are required on Wednesday from 10 am to 7 pm and Friday from 10 am to 5 pm. No reservations are required on Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm and Friday evenings from 5 pm to 7 pm.
The Field of Screams in Victor, Montana, is a once-a-year Halloween production. Experience the thrills of a corn maze where you will never know when someone will pop out. Don’t worry; these creatures are not allowed to touch you. For safety, guests stay six feet away from the ghouls. On top of a spooky corn maze, there is also an escape room with three rooms to choose from. There is plenty to do during the day, including hay rides, a mini corn maze for the little ones, haunted walks, and more.
The Bozeman Maze has created 14 mazes in the last 21 years, and this year’s corn maze is in the shape of a UFO. On top of an amazing corn maze, guests can go pumpkin picking at the pumpkin patch, enjoy hay rides or use the power jump bungee trampoline. The Bozeman Corn Maze is open Wednesday through Friday nights from 6 pm to 9 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 9 pm, and Sunday from noon to 6 pm.
Another great corn maze is the Apple Stem Corn Maze in Craig, open until October 30. This corn maze also has a pumpkin patch where you can find the perfect pumpkin. There are also duck races, hay jumps, a chance to visit farm animals, and more. Concessions are also available. Apple Stem Corn maze is open Friday from 5 pm to 9 pm, Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm, and Sunday from 1 pm to 6 pm.
The Beaverhead corn maze in Dillon opens annually in October and closes on October 30 to set up their haunted corn maze. This corn maze is open Thursday through Sunday from 12 pm to 8 pm. The Fritz corn maze in Kalispell has been in business since 2007. On top of exploring a corn maze, there are also scavenger hunts, cow trains, bale mazes, culvert slides, and more. Fritz corn maze is open Friday from 3 pm to 6:40 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm.
