Kevin Kooistra, the executive director of Western Heritage Center, talks about their goal in educating the community through a variety of methods at the WHC. One of their programs actually trains young children how to work in museums themselves. The museum also does a lot of original research, including having the most traveling exhibits anywhere in the state.
