The 30th annual Saturday Live event starts September 24 and is held by the Education Foundation for Billings Public Schools, according to their press release. The event is from 10 am to 4 pm at Pioneer Park.

Saturday Live is an outdoor event usually held at Pioneer Park near Billings Senior High School. The event benefits Billings Public Schools and the Education Foundation, a nonprofit organization that helps enhance learning opportunities for students in the Billings Public Schools system.

“We’re proud to keep the event affordable and fun while raising funds for school groups and celebrating the gift of public education,” said event coordinator Holly Sessoms.

Tons of Family-friendly activities are planned for the day, including inflatables, face painting, rubber duck races, and a crowd favorite: the troll bridge Haunted house. Plenty of other games and activities are planned throughout the entire day. On top of family fun, there will also be delicious food to snack on while there, like cotton candy, popcorn, and even a taco bar.

Live entertainment will be held throughout the day with performances from local music and dance groups, including shows from ZooMontana, and Atomic Circus from MSU Billings. Saturday Live kicks off with the 15th annual Fun Run starting about a half hour before the main event starts: all ages are welcome to participate.

Complimentary shuttle services to the event are available at the Lincoln Center Parking Lot and the MSUB Parking lot on Virginia Lane and Rimrock road. Celebrate 30 years of Saturday Live and support Billings Public schools by attending this fun, family-friendly event!
