Billings Parks and Recreation are opening the two outdoor pools, Rose Park pool noon today! An update from the Facebook page for Billings Parks and Recreation says that the South Park pool opening will be delayed due to a main pump failure. The splash pads are still available for others to use.

The rectangular pool offers four water slides for kids to use. Rose Park pool’s summer hours are from noon to 8 pm every day of the week.
