The Billings Public Library’s Board of Trustees, in an 8-1 vote, passed the mandate that all patrons over the age of five (5) must wear a mask when inside the library. Masks must cover the nose and mouth at all times when in the building. Masks for the public will not be provided. Patrons wishing to not wear a mask are still able to use all currently offered services either online, by telephone, or curbside options. This requirement takes effect Wednesday, July 15.
